 Effy Huck is a survivor of C-PTSD, an entrepreneur, and the founder of Sisu (see-sue). Sisu is a trauma-informed self-guided mental health toolkit to manage anxiety, panic, and stress. She created this mobile application from her own experiences healing as well as seeing a need from her work volunteering for the crisis text line and as well as education. The app is based on the most current trauma research including poly-vagal theory, sensorimotor therapy, and more. Sisu aims to democratize mental health care by increasing accessibility to vital mental health and relaxation skills. 

 Mental health is the foundation on which you build the life you want, but at times, it can feel just out of reach. Sisu is a trauma-informed toolkit to help you manage anxiety, panic and stress.
