FINDING THE COURAGE TO

REWRITE OUR STORY.

MY STORY TAKE 2

with Guy Macpherson, PhD,

host of The Trauma Therapist Podcast

Rewriting our story.

We can rewrite the disempowering story we tell ourselves each and every day and create one that will inspire and energize us.

Will it be easy? Maybe, for some of us.

For the majority of us, however, it will require dedication, courage, persistence, and an incredible team around you.

Welcome to My Story Take Two.

  • My Story Take Two is a group is for anyone interested in being part of a community of individuals who are willing to share their story with the goal of rewriting it in order to live a more empowered and fulfilling life.

  • We will be encouraging one another.

  • We’ll be respectful and supportive.

  • And we will share in each other’s victories!

  • *Please note: This is not group therapy. I have a PhD in clinical psychology, though I am not a therapist.

What will we do during the group?

  • Many times we’ve created a story about our lives, about who we are that we’re not even aware of.

  • During these groups we’ll share the story of our life, we’ll listen to one another, reflect back, and listen with awe, with wonderment, and maybe even disbelief at how we’ve constructed such a story.

  • We’ll also express the courage it takes to rewrite our story and begin to live more empowered.

Cost

  • $97 per month (includes 2 sessions per month).

  • Recorded videos of each meeting.

Guy Macpherson, PhD, is a father of two kiddos and holds a doctorate in clinical psychology.

In 2014, while working at a clinic in Northern California, assessing and treating young individuals with early psychosis, Guy founded The Trauma Therapist Project with the goals of raising the awareness of trauma and creating an educational and supportive community for new trauma therapists.

The Trauma Therapist Project has now grown to include The Trauma Therapist Podcast, now being listened to all over the world and is consistently voted among the top Mental Health Podcasts (in 2023 here and here and again in 2024!).

Guy’s focus is currently on honoring, cultivating and promoting authenticity, vulnerability and courage.
